"Let's Not Take A Nap" is the first song in "Escape from Catrina," the second My Little Pony special. The babies are told to take a nap by Nanny Posey and whine about it because it's more fun to do other things. Megan tells Posey not to worry about it and proceeds to use reverse psychology on the babies. ^_~

There is a bit of pertinent dialogue in the MP3 before the actual song begins. All is transcribed below:

Baby Moondancer:  Gee Megan, we don't wanna take a nap; we wanna play!

Megan:  Ok, let's not take a nap!

Baby Moondancer:  You really mean it?

Megan:  Sure!

Megan:  Let's not take a nap; who wants to take a nap?
Let's let go, let's cut loose!
Be a locomotive and caboose! Whoo whoo whoo!

All Babies:  Let's not nap today - let's stay awake and play!

Megan:  Let's not sleep; let's keep busy.
Play a game of leap frog till we're dizzy! boing boing

All:  Boing boing boing boing

Baby Moondancer:  Let's do somersaults!

Baby Surprise:  Let's do cartwheels!

Megan:  Let's stay up until dawn.

Baby Surprise:  Let's have a pillow fight!

Baby Cotton Candy: Then we'll have a tug-of-war! (yawns)

Megan:  Goodness me, did someone yawn?
Time we took out naps before we all collapse.

Baby Moondancer:  No, it's not.

Baby Surprise:  We're not ready.

Baby Glory:  Glory wants her bottle.

Baby Cotton Candy:  Where's my Teddy?

Megan:  To your beds, douse the light
And put your sleepy heads down and sleep tight.
