"Dressed Like A Dream" is the final song in "Escape from Catrina," the second My Little Pony special. The Masquerade ball, that was planned to celebrate Megan's visit to Ponyland, finally takes place. The ponies all show off their wonderful costumes (incidentally also for sale that year) and Catrina and Rep even show up as guests of honor. Baby Moondancer of course looks fabulous as a princess wearing the Rainbow of Light and Megan wears the dress she was later condemned to wear for all eternity as she was sold in it (sorry people, I kinda don't like that dress, so I have to make fun of it some how ^_~)
There is a bit of pertinent dialogue in the MP3; all is transcribed below:
(Spike announces with his trumpet til his knight's helmet accidentally closes)
Megan: Let the Parade of Costumes begin!
Seaponies: Shoo-bee-doo-shoop-shoop-bee-doo
Shoo-bee-doo-shoop-shoop-bee-doo
Dressed like a dream; they're all dressed like a dream.
Take a look and you'll agree; they stepped right out of a fantasy.
Dressed like a dream; likes stars that shine and gleam!
Sporting clothes so heavenly; they're lighting up the whole galaxy!

Babies: Isn't it fun getting all done up pretending you're someone new?
Seaponies: Life is supreme when you're dressed like a dream
(dressed like a dream!) come true!
Rep: You look beautiful Catrina.
Catrina: Do you really think so Darling?
Rep: Just like the good old days! Go on Catrina, your public awaits!
Catrina: I'd be happy to Rep dear, but you're standing on my dress!
Rep: Excuse me!
Megan: Isn't it fun getting all done up, pretending you're someone new?
All Ponies: Life is extremely supreme (add Megan) when you're dressed like a dream
(dressed like a, dressed like a, dressed like a dream) come true!
