This picture was also not a class doodle. I did this picture in a specific style based on the poses of Raphael's "Kissing Angels." I liked the way that the Christmas picture came out so much that I wanted to do another in the style of some classical art. The picture of the two cherubs kissing was perfect and so I tried to translate it into ponies. While I think little Baby Racer came out beautifully, Ember is just a ugly little pig of a baby pony. When all is said and done, ponies are just damn hard to draw straight on and still make them look nice. I had worked on the drawing for quite some time and finally threw my hands up in the air and proclaimed it "Good Enough" (TM) to color.
