Angel of Music

Angel of Music is a custom pony created from a tortured Powder who not only had her horn chopped off, but also had some bite marks. The bites have been patched and the lack of horn otherwise remedied. The wings are based on a soldered wire frame and are fully feathered to a 16 inch wingspan; so big it wouldn't fit on my scanner! Feathers are hand sewn with additional security from glue. Her body has an opalescent sheen and the large jewel on her forehead has a music note within it (visible in the picture). The one beneath is a clear jewel and the one below that is sky blue. Her eyes are gold as are her lashes. The streak in her mane has been replaced with a pale blue streak. As you scroll down you will realize that her wings are obviously removable. She was created this way so that she could be both angel proper and angel among mortals.

The melody represented in the bar of music that is her symbol are the notes to the words "Angel of Music" from the song of the same name in the musical Phantom of the Opera.
